Insurance problems with this practice are inexcusable. Both my husband and I, who have different insurance companies dropped this practice from their network. We were not informed before our treatments and the expense for a simple cleaning and exam were hundreds of dollars. The answer from Lijia was it is too complicated and not her responsibility to inform patients their insurance was no longer valid.
