We had a great first time visit. They were all welcoming and helpful. We miss Dr Wheeler but we think Pinnacle Peak will be a great fit for our pup
We are moving to AZ and needed to get our pups established at a new vet. We also needed a health certificate to take them to Hawaii, which is a complicated process. Dr Horth was wonderful and Luckie (travel specialist) was as well. She is very thorough and detailed and we feel confident in her helping us with this process going forward. We also got a couple of follow up calls for some other items, the entire staff is diligent and helpful.
This was my first visit at Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital with Dr. Jacobson. When they showed me into the exam room, I was greeted by Noah, who asked why we were there and any other details that the doctor should know. He was very kind and made me feel welcome. I had gone to their practice because my prior vet had retired and closed his practice. Their office emailed me and invited me to try their practice so I did.
