RecommendedAmazing staff who truly care about the people and will go the extra mile to help keep them comfortable, safe, and happy through difficult times! I love Mom Norma so very much. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing people care for her and treat her like a Queen in her home away from home. Thanks for all you do, and keeping me informed when I call, too! There's just no other mom like Norma to me, and to my son Kevin Jr, his grandma means the entire world to him!
My grandma went there very sick and dangerously thin. We couldn't get her to eat and she got down to 70lbs, she was very depressed refusing to take her antidepressant, and just laid in bed wanting to die. It was very heart breaking for my mother and I. Finally she was hospitalized and they sent her to Pinnacle Park and she's gaining weight, taking her meds on time and her depression is much better. Pinnacle Park is not only a Great place for Rehab and Great care it's also a Great place to work. With a new Director of Nursing and a Great staff team Pinnacle Park ROCKS!!!! Way to go guys!!
Most of the help are caring people but then you have people in upper positions who are uncaring and very rude those kind can kill a good atmosphere but with out those kind it’s not a bad place to be working
Homey atmosphere & caring staff. Lots of activities going on.
