Needed a doctor post thanksgiving holidays. Got in and the doctor managed to help me out with the pain. Not to mention the phone call follow up.
Dr Chandler is the best orthopedic doctor for your hand and shoulder and the staff is absolutely wonderful and amazing couldn't ask for a better orthopedic clinic
I'm truly surprised at the lower ratings of Pinnacle. I got on Google to look up their number and was shocked. Dr Rudd is my daughter's and my doctor but I have dealt with every doctor on follow-up and emergency clinic visits. Some are lacking in personality and bedside manner but that typically happens with old school doctors. Good doctors, billing on the other hand is abysmal at best. They demand you prepay for services at a rate usually much higher than agreed upon insurance rates. Then they turn around and bill your insurance. You end up with a positive balance where they owe you money and it multiplies with each visit. To add insult to injury they will send you a bill indicating that you owe them more money. I am looking for a new Ortho doctor now.
