They say they always charge all fees up front, So I paid hundres per visit expecting a refund from my insurance. So I call a few month latter looking for my refund....They say not only am I not recieving a refund they say I owe 600+!!Be prepared for total lack of honesty. They tell you a service will cost 1 thing and bill you 600% more two months later. Then you hear "well I'm the doctor I'm not in billing." The billing department says "sorry I'm just in billing" and around you go.
i waited for over an hour in waiting area, they charged me 15 dollars to fill out a form to return to work and told me it will take 6-8 days for them to complete and fax to me, so i cant go back to work till then, ive been in healthcare for over 25 years and an rn for 16 and have never seen an agency like this, i would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!!, typical liberals!!!
