Beware of the Service Department. They will lie directly to your face especially if you are woman. I took it in with a specific error code for a transmission issue, which on my Nissan Titan 2020, it's a known electrical issue. But the tech and service manager refused to fix this and told me I needed a full transmission replacement at only 77,000 miles. There is no evidence that the transmission is failing. I was in for a safety recall for my 2024 Nissan Rogue. They did a 28-point check and completed it by the afternoon. Dan was really helpful in explaining things. I was also advised that due to the safety recall check, the warranty on the engine will be extended to 10 years or 120k miles.
Oil change plus ZakTek application at Pinnacle was great and reasonably quick. I needed a fluid change so they added that in under 20 minutes. I like Pinnacle service center. I have been going there for 20+ years
