Fantastic service, highly recommended! When the capacity of the battery in my 2016 Leaf degraded below the warranty level, I initially took it to AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Very very long story short, that was a months-long, Kafka-esque nightmare. Eventually I had the car towed to Pinnacle and they got the job done no problem! They were really nice, very communicative, and highly knowledgeable. Unlike AutoNation, Pinnacle not only picked up the phone when I called, they actually returned my calls!
