Dan was a great help during the service of my car
We had an awful experience today at this service department. My wife, our daughter and I dropped our Pathfinder off for an oil change and tire rotation, what should be a fairly quick service, this was not the case today. After 4 hours of waiting with a thankfully well behaved 3 year old, one of the workers came out to inform us that the reason it was taking so long is that they had "lost our keys" and that it would be another 20 minutes for the service to be completed. 30 minutes later, we recieved the message from the servi... read more
