Should have listened to the reviews. Can't be bothered to even call back with results of tests. Really feels like she could not care less unless its something to cut on.
Terrible terrible communication and visits are very rushed and not thorough. She increased my medicine for seizures without telling me why or calling me. No basic knowledge of seizure disorders. Find another doctor, this one does not spend the time needed to look into medical issues at a detailed level. I have found much better care and information at another doctor and that doctor has made me feel much less rushed during appointments.
I have nothing to say about the actual care of the doctor, but the front office is an absolute nightmare, they are rude, not helpful, and not even worth talking to. They have failed to fax over a prescription "4 times" as they state to two separate numbers. They believe this is everyone else's issue but their own. Their solution, you can drive over here and get it. They are rude, not helpful, and deserve all the 1 star reviews they have been recieving.
Don't bother...was in the hospital with their doctors who stated I had MS and did explain nothing to me on such a chronic disease and first times hearing about this. And they tell me to follow up in one week for follow up well staff says well we can see you till August.... ummmm yeah well something major going on with me and that won't work ..pretty told me to go find someone else cause the dr is working in the hospital.... don't trust them with your care trust me .. my gut feeling in hospital was correct to go get me a 2nd ... read more
Do yourself a favor and just don't go for Pinnacle Neurology. I wanted to give them zero stars but going with 1 star to get the review posted. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. As if they are doing a favor on patients by talking to them. HIGHLY INEFFECTIVE BILLING DEPARTMENT. Their office kept sending invoices follow up that were already paid months ago. Due to the reconciliation issue their billing department kept harassing the patient through unreasonable follow ups on payments that are already made in a timely manner. In this digital... read more
