The movers were not careful with my stuff and they damaged several items and didn't inform me of it; in fact, they made one of my kitchen boxes "disappear" because there was a sound of broken glass coming from the box when they unloaded it. I filed insurance claims and was never contacted by the adjuster nor the moving company. Very disappointed with this company and can not recommend them to anyone!
Simply put, the guys at Pinnacle Moving and Storage were polite, professional, and super friendly. The crew was very efficient, and took great care to ensure that nothing was damaged during my move. I will be recommending you to others.
This was our third time using Pinnacle to move and we plan on using them again. The crew was so courteous and polite. They exercised great attention to detail from wrapping up all our furniture, to packing up the miscellaneous items that we forgot to pack.
