I refinanced a property with Pinnacle Mortgage. The company was recommended to me, and they did not disappoint. Kyle Cook and Karri Krall executed the transaction quickly and painlessly. I got the (by far) best interest rate currently available on the market, and the closing costs were moderate. I will definitely refinance with Pinnacle again if the interest rates come down enough to make it worthwhile.
