Sarah Eid is an amazing PT. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the body and dysfunctions but she is an excellent listener which absolutely makes her excellent above the rest. Amazing people highly recommend
Therapists are great and so is Renee in reception but it's not worth the billing miscommunication. I was an L&I patient and they routinely billed my insurance company in error. Also, they misquoted when my last coverage was and didn't communicate it in time for me to lump it with my personal costs and send to litigation. Although treatment ended seven months ago, I still don't have a final number to submit to litigation in time for reimbursement. It's possible everything is still incorrect. I first visited this clinic for physical therapy after breaking my ankle in 2019.. Fast forward several years and I aggravated that same ankle... The therapists who work here are truly there to help. I'm an adult with pathetically small feet and Keith did not care. He simply observed, realized that my feet were too small and worked with me without any shame.
I have been pleased with the service and care I’ve received so far.
