Made an appointment for a physical with an uneducated, hasty woman who made it seem like new patients are unwelcome. I waited 3 months for their first available appointment. Finally, I walked in to get a physical, the doctor had no idea that I was in for a physical, so I walked out without a physical and was told I do not owe anything. However, my insurance was billed for something other than what I made the appointment for. After speaking with the manager in person, I would not recommend trusting this office.
