I have a wonderful doctor, not only does he take his time, he truly cares. My family and I are blessed to have found a great family doctor. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've had to deal with a couple of the doctors at this clinic and I can say I have never felt rushed they make me feel safe.
Been coming here for probably about 12 years & the communication & organization has turned into a joke lately. Last time I called to make an appointment to follow up with a test my doctor had ordered, the receptionist told me they no longer made appointments for Dr. Joubert unless she requested them herself, because she’s too busy. What is the point of having a doctor if I can’t make an appointment to meet her? Our family doctor is Dr Stewart, She is a great doctor. Easy to interact with and makes the entire family feel comfortable at all times. Glad we are able to be on her client list.
NEW Update - phoning ? Well, you will be on hold for 20 mins MIN. except that wait. You do not select your available date, they do ... except a week or more out!!! So better get that time off work .. They did not schedule the parent and baby appointment correctly, so it was only for baby . This has cause to make more appointments for postpartum concerns.
