I have been at this centre whicle ago back in 2020, the doctor and other staff were ok except that old rude receptionist, she is so pathetic and rude, dont even have basic courtesy, she thinks that the clinic belongs to her father, ridiculous! Companies should get rid of such staff ASAP.
I love my doctor, the one star is for two weeks of trying to make an appointment and not getting through. Up to half an hour waiting on hold before I give up. Seems to be a recent issue. Whoever is running the front desk service has dropped the ball. Edit: adding a couple stars for the response and friendly front desk staff I spoke to when I drove to the clinic to make an appointment.
I’m giving 1 star for Dr.Apal following my friend appointment. My friend literally came to me crying about this situation. Dr.Apal is a rude person towards her staffs and patients . She was also late to her patient appointment, complained how her time is restricted and finished her clinical before the time allowed because she is simply impatient. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. When booking an appointment for a simple prescription renewal expect to wait at least 40 minutes past your appointment time. Girls at front desk are completely rude and unhelpful. Horrible place.
