Receptionist is condescending and little to no help. After being a patient with Dr Ansell for 38 years I will be changing because of the front end staff and Ansells conduct. Queue the generic apology; seems to be the common complaint at this clinic.
Always a great experience - staff are friendly and helpful. Dr occasionally runs late, but I'd rather they run late because they're helping patients then be on time and rush through things! :)

Dr. Ansell had been my doctor for many years and I just loved him. He always explained everything and it seemed that he never judged me. However; after he joined the Pinnacle clinic, the problems began. In one case, I was unable to get transportation to the clinic, as two of the transit busses were broken down and in for service.
