Rarely answer phones clinic closed message at 4pm when business hours show until 5pm. When finally able to reach Reception, staff unhelpful at best. Given that my Doctor was on vacation, they did not offer any alternatives despite other Doctors accepting new patients. Sad one has to leave a Doctor one has developed a relationship with to look for another with better support of clinic and staff. One wonders why Competent Doctors continue to work out of this sub par clinic.
Great clinic, Dr. Attah is a kind, caring, professional, as are all of the other staff. For sure, I would recommend. Great job team
I had a meet and greet with Dr. Ipko and, unfortunately, didn’t have a good experience. She came across as unpersonable and seemed slightly annoyed throughout the appointment. I spoke about one of my health concerns and what I thought it might be and she immediately shot it down and didn’t ask any more clarifying questions. I also noted a huge health insecurity to her and she made a comment that seemed unnecessary and was quite hurtful. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this clinic. I visited for a walk-in appointment with my family doctor and was prescribed Cyclobenzaprine along with Codeine. When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist was alarmed by the high dosage and combination, warning me that taking them as prescribed could be dangerous or even life-threatening. The pharmacist immediately contacted the clinic to clarify the prescription. Despite multiple attempts, there was no response from the clinic before they closed at 5 PM... read more
