Not impressed with Dr. Apel at all. I requested a phone appointment as I can't afford to drive to Calgary, and I've re-scheduled this one appointment 3 times, just to go over results. I was told I had to come in for more testing. I get there today and she asks me why I'm here. I said I was told to come in by your receptionist. There was no testing and she said I was fine. Have been calling since Dec 20, but only got automatic messages that the office is closed during holiday season. However google shows the office is open on Dec 20/23 and 27! Why nobody picked up the phone?
***EDIT *** I am extremely dissatisfied that, following a prompt response to this review, my email (as suggested in their response) requesting an after-hours clinic referral for my son, sent six days ago, remains unanswered, which is completely unacceptable. Worst clinic. Did not send a referral for over a year for my son when I assumed we were already on a wait list. Then tried to claim it was my fault because they were waiting to see my son again. This is my first visit to Peak Medical. I am highly impressed by the care & attention provided by Celine for booking the appointment through to seeing Dr Apel. All the staff are very helpful and go above & beyond to help their patients. Way to go Team!!!
