Jim was on top of things. He wrapped and stored my boat for the winter good value and service
Worst customer service ever. Rude. Can't believe these people are still in business. Went there to get some questions answered and I was kicked out of their business. The guy said that his life is "too short and precious to waste to give (me) an estimate" that I was going to pay for.
These people are rude, mean, and outright disrespectful. And Jim is the same. DONT take your boat here for repairs
I went to this place to get an estimate for a repair in pretty much got yelled at because my 81-year-old grandpa opened the engine to clean it up and the WORST most absurd excuse of a manager angry that I would consider wanting to the business with them like dude I have money and I'm going to pay for it NOT ASKING FOR A FAVOR!! Can't wait for this defecation orifice of a business to be bankrupt.
