Integrity is just not there
Ok where should I start. I used to work at the Utah location but it’s just a mess. It has the potential to be a great company but unfortunately the plant manager makes it miserable for everyone. He comes in all wound up on adderall and starts pushing and micromanaging everyone and screwing up the flow. I'm sad to inform that your utah branch is sadly giving you guys a bad name by producing bad quality products to your customers being unprofessional with there employees buy treating them bad by treating with Favoritism toward some and treating others like dirt and paying way more toward others that produce bad quality and the ones they just don't like way less and as well as NOT DRUG TESTING THEM WHEN THEY SHOULD BECAUSE THERE ARE ALOT OF EMPLOYEES THERE THAT ARE DIRTY AND WILL COST YOU THE MOST IN WORK PLACE ACCIDENTS and ... read more
