Integrity is just not there
Ok where should I start. I used to work at the Utah location but it’s just a mess. It has the potential to be a great company but unfortunately the plant manager makes it miserable for everyone. He comes in all wound up on adderall and starts pushing and micromanaging everyone and screwing up the flow. He must have learned that when he managed dollar tree and I know that because it says so on pinnacles website. Can’t quite do that in a welding shop tho.
