Have lived there 1.5 years and have enjoyed it. Friendly, courteous staff and repairs are done timely. Rent is very reasonable for the area.
I live threw them for about 6 years. No major issues, however when I moved out they refused too let me and a staff walk threw. My husband and I cleaned very well. We later get in the mail what I thought would be my refund deposit.......hahahaha ABSOLUTELY not. A bunch of false charges that had no proof of because it was lies. I'm on the fence about recommending them. Another stupid thing, why do the whole office go too lunch at one time and the office is completely close too the public ? I rented a town house from pinnacle management in 2016 I loved my living experience and environment. Anytime I had an issue they came out to fix it right away. They also would leave me filters any time I needed them for the furnace. I cleaned my town house before moving out and I recieved my entire deposit back. Everyone was very nice and I will rent from them again. I was also a few days late on rent one month and since it was the first time they waved the late fee. Very nice office staff and maintenance.
