I just called Frank & he patiently answered all my questions. Since 2 other reviews gave Pinnacle bad ratings for a non-related event (limousine rental), the least I could do was increase star average higher with my 5***** rating for customer service. Well done Frank & thank you.
I have never bought a brand new one from Frank at pinnacle but I own two used units that I bought as a second owner from nearby outfits in the North NJ area and I can tell you they stood the test of time. I called him several times, to ask his opinion on the side runner that our drivers damaged and he Frank always returned my calls and offered the best way to go about the fix without the need for him to ship us parts. When we choose to build our next build brand new , I will be choosing Pinnacle.
My complaints to frank were when he built my limo not just right now. The only reason i am posting them now is because frank keeps getting them taking down. probably because frank is lying to Google about this. Want more facts . I wouldn't do business with frank from pinnacle limousine he didn't give me a receipt for the work he did on my limo he gives you an invoice he does this to cheat you out of your rights to sue him when he does faulty work like he did to me he lied to me when he built my limo I had problems with the limo he built for me about 3 months after he built it and he said to fix it and send him the bill which I did and he never paid it then to make it worse I had another problem with his work a few months after that and then he would... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver refused to drive us to my brothers wedding. Showed up with a dirty car, wrong colour. When calling they hung up on us. I would not recommend this company.
