This Practice is very unhelpful, they refuse to do the simple work first. I asked them to submit an application to Appeal a Criminal conviction & to submit a retrieval of the audio of Judges comments. It would cost only $1000 or less to submit the Appeal Application & Judges comments from the Audio in hourly rates which is fair to the client. No appeal is guaranteed without submitting supporting affidavits or evidence. Rather than be helpful and offer the hourly rate to achieve this outcome, this practice demanded to be paid... read more
