I found Roy Day and his crew extremely competent, communicative and professional. They gave me extremely reasonable prices and timely delivery. Their product is first class and they run a great lab. I love these guys!

They will be lowest quote but you get what you pay for. If you want the cheapest, non-branded ingredients from China this is your place.
I wish they had a “zero stars” option for this company . TERRIBLE customer service, they give you the run around and don’t keep you up to date what so ever on your order- all for an average product. I placed a large order, they cashed my check and said it would take 2-3 weeks. It has taken well over 2 months. They said they would overnight the shipment- of course never did- didn’t bother to inform me of that decision either. Absolute nightmare to deal with. I will never do business with this company again.
