Nathan from Pinnacle Joinery was great to deal with! From initial quote, to measure and then fitout was easy, communication was great, and nothing was any trouble for him! The installation was completed within the day and the finish is exactly what we asked for! It looks fantastic and gives us so much more storage 🙌 Once we save our pennies, we'll definitely ask Nathan back for a kitchen renovation!
The guy does good work but took years to complete jobs resulting in other trades being held up. In the end he never finished. He just stopped answering calls and never provided an explanation.
If you're looking for quality craftsmanship, then call Pinnacle. Their attention to detail is first class and they delivered above and beyond what we were expecting. Can't fault a single thing.

At first dealing with Nathan from Pinnacle seemed great! Looking at their website, looks impressive and even declaring that their focus is on being approachable and friendly! Sorry but you have a way to go to achieve that goal guys! After paying the deposit we heard nothing for weeks. He couldn’t be contacted and had nowhere to leave a message.
