Do not use this place of jewellery resortation, particularly sentimental jewellery. My mother passed away suddenly and I took her ring and bracelet in to be restored to be able to have her close to me. The ring came back perfect however, they lost my mother’s bracelet. All the communication I got was a text and a $300 voucher offer. No phone call, no follow up texts for an object that was priceless in my eyes. Went to Pinnacle Jewellers in the hope of finding a new wedding ring. With the help of Susan, I found a perfect ring after just 2 tries. Susan was helpful and informative. Could not recommend Susan or the staff at Pinnacle Jewellers enough.
Marissa is absolutely amazing !!!! She was so helpful and was able to fix my chain on the spot and the price was so good. She also cleaned all my jewellery and did an amazing jobs d I got a free cupcake which was delicious! Go see Marissa, she’ll look after you x
