When you have issues with your policy, you will get zero communication from this company to get to a resolution. This is my experience at least. Would strongly recommend staying away. This year my condo community switched to pinnacle risk for the master policy, and when I had an issue with coverage amounts in the master policy for my lender, it was like pulling teeth to get help and updates.
