Awesome service
Absolutely criminal for their lack of knowledge and support. Johnny in Fort Lauderdale office signed me up and sold me the Medicare Gap plan. They don’t answer calls nor return calls. They are all arrogant and do not deal in facts. They don’t even put my Medicare primary…bills were denied for 4 months and they left me on my husband’s old health insurance policy. It has been a disaster and no help from them. My advice is to go straight to Medicare or Social Security office and sign up for Medicare.
