Pinnacle is by far the worst home health agency. They will hire anyone that clears a back ground check and a spit drug test screen. They sent a lady to my house to be my disabled son’s caregiver. After only have meeting with us for two hours days prior to this, she acted as if she knew my whole life story and in front of my child and a friend of ours she was talking a lot of crap and made up stories about me. It's amazing place to work more because are amazing lady's in the fort smith office ,we have some wonderful care givers in are Fort smith so if in need of care for a love one ❤️ we can be there for you...
