Missed three nights out of eight. I think they should have more reliable nurses or more employees to cover the no shows.
This place has No communication with caregivers or clients! This office would not help me as a caregiver get into my account to get needed documents to file my taxes! I had to call the Russellville office that helped me with no problem and was very kind and caring. This was such a bad experience for me to be employed by these people!! And apparently pinnacle does not care what kind of people are they employ in their offices! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
If you love what you do and the people you work with you never work a day in your life, and the culture at Pinnacle proves this. I am fortunate to work with the best of the best.
