This is a kinda OK hotel. It's certainly not plush, the rooms are a bit dated but they are a good size and the bed was comfortable. Pool is almost unusable as it's very shallow and the spa was not operating. Location is good for Waterfront and Burrard metro lines. Nice that they offer bike rentals on site ($30 for 4h). Good view of the harbour and seaplanes taking off & landing.
Really nice hotel in a great location. Shower pressure was fantastic. Special shout out to Harleen who helped me out with a tooth fairy predicament at midnight!
The Pinnacle is in a great location for a cruise and lots to visit. Service was great and Raju, in the restaurant, was very kind and welcoming. Overall, the hotel is old and needs a renovation but the location can't be beat.
