Terrible management company. They own the Staybridge Suites in Benton Harbor. You can read the 1-star reviews on that hotel if you want to know more.
Should be able to give a “0” Absolutely the worst management company. They allow stalking, harassment. Reached out to the investors for this UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. So glad they are trying to stop this group from opening more hotels in the area. Tried making me feel like I was wrong for reporting stalking and harassment.
