Pinnacle Home Services provided one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. They were unorganized, missed deadlines, and the work quality was far below expectations. The team didn’t communicate properly, and when I tried to get issues fixed, they completely ignored my messages. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Pinnacle Home Services was extremely disappointing. The crew arrived late, worked sloppily, and left a mess behind. The repair was incomplete, and issues resurfaced within days. When I contacted customer service, they were unresponsive and dismissive. I would not recommend Pinnacle Home Services to anyone.
