Manuella was sent by Pinnacle on Saturday a day after my hospital procedure. She came from Miami exactly in her arrival window(Naples). She brought various items to insure she could deal with my issues. Very professional, very competent and a great bedside manner. I could not be more pleased with our interaction. Thank you
I had surgery on July 13th. The next morning a nurse was at our home by 8 am. She was wonderful! She was very compassionate and informative. Over the next 3 days two other nurses came to our home and were equally compassionate, informative, asked questions and thoroughly checked me. The discharge nurse as just as wonderful as the three others. I would never hesitate to recommend or have staff from Pinnacle come into our home. Thank you Rose, Nicole, and Teresa for the wonderful care you provided.
