My sister 93 years old had a day surgery and discharged with a nursing care and home care since she can not clean and change dressings herself and very weak to take a bath. Advent hospital and the Dr arranged the service with Pinnacle Home care. Took 2 days for a nurse to come and evaluate and the next day a nurse came and examined the surgical wound and cleaned and dressed the wound. Amazing care coordinator! Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
After my back surgery last November 2023 this company was very unprofessional, I made appts to change dressing the so called nurse would either not call or show up. My husband had to take care of my dressing. They would try to show up when I was not available and now they are trying to bill my insurance for the no shows which I had nothing to do with. Thank god I wrote down in a calendar when they would actually show up and when they didn’t.
My mom had the quickest evaluation I have ever seen in my life & I a recently ret RN. I can not get in touch with them by phone…. Terrible
