I hope that they can get there act together Zero ability to follow up with the patient I've spoke to this gentleman named Steve Apparently the Care coordinator for lake county Atrocious follow through and commitment to the patient is non existent I will be praying for them Could be a good little business People are always going to need Health care assistant
Pinnacle has been great, my elderly Mom just got out of the hospital, and they have been so responsive and very helpful to navigate things. They have made a very difficult time for my Mom comfortable and less stressful. Kudos to Steven and his team of awesome caregivers!

My sister 93 years old had a day surgery and discharged with a nursing care and home care since she can not clean and change dressings herself and very weak to take a bath. Advent hospital and the Dr arranged the service with Pinnacle Home care. Took 2 days for a nurse to come and evaluate and the next day a nurse came and examined the surgical wound and cleaned and dressed the wound.
