The worst home care I have ever experienced. I would never recommend this company. The therapist did very minimal steps to provide service. This came across as more knowledge was needed, and lack of training. No supplies were ever brought for the therapy exercises. We decided to call and dismiss this service sooner than later.

Not the best home healthcare at all. One star was given simply because I had to give a star. Had nurse and PT ordered out of the hospital after open heart surgery. The nurse came and wrote up my case and confirmed PT was ordered. PT never showed until after the following week when I made the nurse aware that they hadn’t contacted me and I didn’t want that to hinder me from being discharged. PT did show the following day and evaluated stating that I didn’t need PT. I was okay with that given I felt I was progressing well. The... read more
Nurses would just show up with out calling first. Then the ones who did call never showed. Really a bad experience except for PT she showed up when she was suppose to. I will let my doctor know I will never use them again. Please be very aware if using this company.
