I had pinnacle in Orlando they were great. I moved here in Davenport and they suck. They don’t want to submit things and the insurance and want me to pay out of my pocket. Which that is not supposed to happen. Then pt was supposed to come. Never seen them. But they come for eval to set another set of appointments for her to be seen and I don’t see them again. Tremendous knowledge gained and assistance to begin healing journey for severely broken humerus with multiple complications post-op. Highly recommend in home PT services of Jeremey and Nick as well as nursing care from Beverly and Maria. Insurances and MD orders are handled by their main office seamlessly.
I had Pinnacle home health aid over for my mother from December '23 to January '24 and they were great. Bonnie and Chris were joyful, respectful, professional, and very easy to deal with. Very nice people.
