Poor quality and unethical contractor
Friendly up front for the sale. Excellent builder based on models. But terrible as time goes on. Just wants the sale and the build, not the personal interaction. If you want custom, don't use them. Quit on us one day before closing on the property after 6 months of "courtship". Had a nervous breakdown on the phone and told us he (Mike) "doesn't want to build [our] f***ing house anymore"!!
