Always pleasant sherry and Nancy are amazing
The front desk and mri tech are amazing. Always welcoming and fun to chat with. However, I am not a fan of the radiologist reading the images. Dr Michael Aiello read my brain to lumbar images and my cervical F/E images. His notes lack detail and he missed a couple of noteworthy findings on my images. Luckily’ my next door neighbor is a radiologist and he gives me second opinions on my imaging. He showed me the images and findings along with with a handful of things that Dr Aiello left out. Excellent experience from Sherry’s kind and professional phone calls to Nancy’s compassion and expertise. Like other reviewers, I too, traveled quite a distance. It was well worth it, and I highly recommend this Elmira location.
Drove 3 hours to Pinnacle in Elmira, NY. The procedure took a bit of time for the person I drove so I had time to wait. The ladies in the office were wonderful and provided me with recommendations of where to eat in the city. The building is clean, staff friendly and helpful. As for the procedure - it was given rave reviews - well done, the staff put the person at ease, very professional and competent.
