Very good company to work with. They were able to give me an estimate for a humidifier after I texted them pictures of our furnace setup and they came out the next week. The technician was on time and very professional, taking the time to explain how to operate and maintain the humidifier. Very pleased with Pinnacle Electrical Heating & Cooling, Inc service.

My experience was excellent. The team is professional and easy to work with. They continued to check on the system even months after installation and payment to make sure it’s working properly. My dryer was dripping water out of the front - which indicates the vent is clogged. After calling a few companies, one said they couldn’t do third floor vents and another never returned my call, I found Pinnacle and they came as soon as they could and cleaned it out. Dryer is no longer dripping! I had them come back a few days later and clean my 14-year old air ducts system as that had never been done before. Great job on both!
