Ok. It's been a week since Ethan come out and fixed my heat pump. I am really impressed with the work he has done, since it is not a brand of heat pump they sell. I don't remember this heat pump working as good as it does now. He really put his best effort forward and figured the problem out. I can't say enough about his work ethic and knowledge. Thank You!
Hired to put in fireplace chimney and they also put in a cold air vent without our permission that cannot be closed Cold air coming into house when called them to ask about it got a very rude response and was told if you don't like it cap it. Real professional , my advise hire someone else.
Recently purchased a new A/C and Furnace. Pinnacle Heating & Cooling provided top notch service from start to finish! Everyone has been knowledgeable and professional!! Highly recommend!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. They installed a heat pump system in my father's house a couple years ago, and the system has had nothing but problems since. There is clearly issues with installation, have tried getting them to come fix it, they sent someone out, obviously at my father's expense for a service call, the tech confirmed there is a freon leak, but wouldn't fix it, and added more freon... INTO A KNOWINGLY LEAKING SYSTEM (which is illegal) also charged him for the freon. The woman who answered the phone in the... read more
