These guys installed a new fireplace for me. They were very professional and did an amazing job!! It turned out beautiful! Would highly recommend them!!
Hearth & Home/Pinnacle Heating Cooling provided service work on our malfunctioning fireplace in March 2025 . The service tech damaged a part in our fireplace and also lost a 2nd part. The service tech tried to hide the part he broke from us in hopes we wouldn't notice it. Once we discovered it, he admitted to it and said he would replace it. However someone at Hearth & Home/Pinnacle H/C's office refused to replace the part their service tech broke and they did not replace the part that was lost. Also the service tech misdiag... read more
I don't know the name of the man that came to fix my air conditioner, but when I say he was amazing that's exactly what I mean!! He was polite and respectful, with wonderful communication skills. In less than 10 minutes he was able to figure out the problem and replace the part. I am completely impressed by his professionalism. My only regret is not remembering his name.
Very on happy purchase a new central air and new furnace six years ago the first 3 years central air broke down 3 time 2 of time it was the same thing this company it has very poor quality equipment wouldn't buy from them again ever its junk very on happy they're definitely doing something wrong ... money wasted on fixing my a/c poor quality
