Such an unhygienic place - horrible experience. Purchased a scoopon voucher for 2 x 60min floats (the regular place I go to is amazing but I wanted to take advantage of the offer which was half price). The float tank and room were old and poorly maintained. The tank itself did not have any lights, the person working there said not to close the tank in case it got stuck and there were some black specks in the water which I asked her to take out. this place doesn't exist. They allow you to book and pay online, but don't have a location here anymore. And I can't get my money back, scam.
Complete scam, brought a Groupon for a float tank session in the Double Bay Spa, tank was broken for the entire time my ticket was valid. I rang several times to check if it had been fixed but they keep trying to get me to go to the Parramatta Spa, after asking for a refund I was told to speak with Groupon who then told me I need it in writing from them, after calling them again I was told to call back later in the another time when the manager was in. Ticket is now not valid after getting back from overseas.
First of all I want to assure all of those reading this, this is a genuine review. This place is a sham. If you look at all of those who have submitted 5 star reviews, Pinnacle Health is the only place they’ve ever reviewed. Negative reviewers have invariably rated other establishments.
