The PTs were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front office (Mainly the owner- Isaac) is very rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and inconsiderate. When I saw my charts I was taken aback by the lies that were told about me being non compliant as a patient. In the midst of me completing my treatment I suffered a death in my family, had two people that live with me test positive for COVID, received my COVID vaccine from which I had complications, and suffered from food poison.
