My Grandma lives at the Assisted Living building and it is top notch. She's happy and that is number one for us. Nurses and CNAs are attentive and caring, and the activities are fun and lively. This place is a vibe!
My grandmother spent the last 3 years of her life at Pinnacle Groves, and had spent time at multiple other retirement communities over a 15 year timespan in NWA. Pinnacle Groves was by far the best place for her to be. She made the best friends she’s had in years and enjoyed every bit of her time at this location. One of the best assisted living communities in Northwest Arkansas! I’m a private caregiver, and one of my clients lives here, so I’m here daily and get firsthand experience on how fantastic this place is. The staff truly goes above and beyond — every employee is kind, professional, and attentive. The food is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of fun activities for the residents. I can’t say enough good things about the care and atmosphere here!
