This was once a wonderful place. But now they talk in circles and are not at all "transparent", even though they claim that is part of their mission. Senior care is expensive but these folks are at the highest end but with no better result than any of the surrounding places. They increase the cost and make more money while they cut staff to bare bones and scrimp everywhere in the building. Higher ups only have excuses to give. Great community with amazing management. The administrator Holly cares deeply, and it is much appreciated. She gets things done, shes amazing! Sales team Scott and Elena, most professional people ive met. They are THE sales team.

Buyer beware! This facility is very secretive and shady with their pricing. Classic bait and switch when they quote you one price and then after you move in you find out your bill is going to be almost 3 times as much as you were initially quoted. The Executive Director is evasive and downright rude. She seems unable to answer or explain even the most simple questions (if you can pin her down to talk that is!) and then blames everything on the "new company who just took over".
