Pinnacle just completed the interior renovation my 2nd floor of my mid 1960s house. The project included 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The biggest change was adding a proper ensuite in the master bedroom. The design process was very collaborative. Driver ignored four way stop and almost got in to accident with vehicles ( Aug 30 at 8am) Always amazed at people who do this in their company vans. How stupid can you get.
We had our kitchen renovated by Pinnacle and the final product more than met our expectations, we just love our new kitchen. Robin, our project manager, was a delight to deal with and gave us some great recommendations. Pinnacle prepared a computer model of our proposed renovations which greatly assisted in making design choices. We recently had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovated by Pinnacle Group. I was impressed with their professionalism on all fronts. Mike, our Project Manager, is one of the most knowledgeable and service oriented people I have ever dealt with. He is willing to go the extra mile for his clients and often works late and on weekends for them. You will be lucky if you get Mike as your Project Manager, although all of the staff and trades are excellent.
