Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of the marketing spectrum. The team at Pinnacle really takes the time to understand all aspects of a project from beginning to end.
AWFUL on all levels! Terrible customer service, surprise costs, missed deadlines, won't return calls, and passive-aggressive employees. Final product was sub-par. Overall disappointment. Will never use again.
