Very poor management
Terrible building to live in! Only advantage is location, but it’s poorly constructed. There are always some elevators out of service. Hot water interruptions happen every time there’s strong wind in winter. Icon property management still hasn’t returned my elevator booking deposit 1 month after I move out. They have rude attitude and ignored all my communication, which is unacceptable.
