Every building has its moments, but the management here is genuinely great and trying to do a good job. Yeah, we had that rough patch with the elevators, but that was entirely due to negligence that had nothing to do with management, and the staff worked non-stop to get everything back up and running. So we’ve lived in this building for 2 years now, so I have a lot to say. We moved out for these reasons: 1. Elevators: there’s 4, one is permanently down and it’s parts are arriving from Germany in December 2026. It’s been down for a long time already. Out of the rest of the 3, 2 seem to be down most of the time as well. So the whole building with 48 floors is left with 1 elevator of which they also use as a service elevator for moving. 2. First of all whoever is rating this condo as a 5 star is either lying or not even living in here. It will be almost 5 years since I've been living here and it is a horrible condo to live in. The elevators are always out of service. At least every week one is down and we are reduced to 2 elevators and sometimes even 1. At times even when there are elevator issues they still have the service elevator for people moving in making one elevator available for a building with 40+ floors.
