Horrible renting experience. If you’re planning to rent or buy a condo in this building, this review is for you. There’s no running hot water for days. It’s really on your luck every day if you’ll get the hot water to shower and do basic house chores or you will be left stranded and wondering if or when there will be hot water. If you're thinking about buying or renting in this building, think again. The building has had hot water issues for the past 7 years and the building management did nothing to solve the problem. If you are thinking about buying a unit in this building, prepare to pay a higher condo fees than any other building in Mississauga while not being able to take a shower during most days of the winter. One of the worst building management in Mississauga if not THE WORST. There has been more days with hot water interruption than there were days with hot water throughout the coldest days of winter for the past 7 years. Elevators are always out of service. There were days I had to wait for the Elevator for half an hour. The heating suddenly stopped working in December during a cold wave.
Elevators are always out of service. No hot water throughout December, whenever there is some wind outside, hot water is unavailable. Management did some work to prevent the hot water issue and payed substantial amounts long ago, but to no avail. Not sure if this is bad management or general poor building quality or both.
