This building is incredibly hostile to dogs and dog owners. If you have a pet, do not live here. They don’t even allow pets in the main lobby.
Overall I'd say the building is upkept fairly well with regular and organized maintenance schedules. The concierge and management could seem draconian at times but all for the purpose of maintaining order and security to keep those residents that stray beyond the bounds of decency in check. Good and clean clubhouse facilities.
