plenty of better options
So disappointed that my GI docs are now apart of Pinnacle GI Partners. Pinnacle owes us money from an overpayment, from 5 months ago, and if I talk to a person I get no where. They returned 1 call, a week after I left a message. Still no resolution!
This office is a joke - they put you on hold and hang up after 30 minutes, a recording tells you to send an email, but you get no reply. Phone calls are not returned. Apparent sincere physicians who are getting ripped off by a greedy management company that does nothing. Very poor quality medical care when they don't communicate with patients.
