They are crooks. They overcharged me and I submitted for appeal with BCBSM and its still in process. But they still sent my debt, money i don't own to this office to collector, before appeal process is finished. Stay away from this office!
plenty of better options
So disappointed that my GI docs are now apart of Pinnacle GI Partners. Pinnacle owes us money from an overpayment, from 5 months ago, and if I talk to a person I get no where. They returned 1 call, a week after I left a message. Still no resolution!
This office is a joke - they put you on hold and hang up after 30 minutes, a recording tells you to send an email, but you get no reply. Phone calls are not returned. Apparent sincere physicians who are getting ripped off by a greedy management company that does nothing. Very poor quality medical care when they don't communicate with patients.
