I had an appointment at Pinnicle Gastroenterology on Wednesday. I arrived and filed out some paperwork. I was taken into a room with a Nurse Practicioner. She verified my medication, explained the procedure. I then met with a scheduler about the date, and received some papers about preparation. It lasted about 20 minutes. They were friendly and helpful.
The nurse was wonderful…answered all of my questions…kept me at ease…first time for a colonoscopy…made me feel so much better!!! Jamie..was absolutely amazing & wonderful..just love her…so nice to talk with & get the information I needed…so caring & just made me feel better….in every way possible!! Awesome staff …..just amazing people & experience!! Can’t say enough!!!!
I have seen many specialists over the years for a wide range of medical conditions, but my recent consultation at Pinnacle Gastroenterology was truly exceptional.
