Staff was very pleasant, helpful and responsive in calling me to make appointments and answering my questions.
The nurses and doctor were great. Friendly ...comforting ...and thorough. However because they work out of a Silver Cross facility they bill your insurance with miscellaneous charges.... You go to this doctor ....bills for the procedure...but Silver Cross charges you for the space in Er and recovery.... Tried to talk with both sides and get no call backs just bills.... Was told Pinnacle was not affiliated w Silver Cross ....but I have a huge bill for a preventative no cost procedure.... Profits over care.
