This place is absolutely horrible! I scheduled a first-time appointment to be seen, and unfortunately a close family member passed away in the funeral was going to be the same day as my appointment, I called and stated that I needed to cancel the day before which was a Monday. A few weeks later, I got a bill in the mail for a no-show of $70, I called and got a voicemail, I stated that I had canceled the appointment and there must be some confusion. What a great staff and office. Glad to see there are privately owned practices still out there.
Love Dr Henry. Hate the fact that their billing dept screws up (in their favor) routinely and the only person you can speak to about it you can't get on the phone when you call them and she doesn't call you back.
