My husband and I having been seeing Dr. Kimberly Byrne for 4-5 years. She always comes in with a smile on her face. She is very knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions we have. Her assistant is so kind and considerate also. The receptionist is always very helpful scheduling appointments. We highly recommend Pinnacle Podiatry.
I’ve been trying to call and get a hold of someone for weeks. I’ve called multiple times in a day left so many message and still haven’t gotten through to anyone. HORRIBLE

This office has no clue what they are doing… they don’t call you to confirm appointments and then blame you when you’re not there…. Been waiting over 3 mos to have surgery and yet again they are blaming me for not telling me there was an appointment. Morning of surgery the surgery center has been calling all week to get approved and payments paid just to be told that very morning of surgery the dr office canceled it bc I no showed at an appointment they never told me about….
