This gym has a very close-knit/family type feel. All the staff are incredibly friendly from the moment you walk into the reception, the staff are polite, chatty and welcoming. My child has had personal training with Adam Goh for a year now and it has been amazing. Still one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve had in 2025. Quickest £450 I’ve ever lost. The consultation which cost £75.00 for the hour(Fair Price) unfortunately the results were non-conclusive, the coach - who will be remained unnamed - put me through a number of exercises and tests, discussed all of the possibilities of what the issue could be but was unable to diagnose my injury. Went to see Anthony at pinnacle and his treatment and service was exceptional. My legs are feeling fresh and ready to run my marathon in 3 days time. Thank you Anthony and the pinnacle team.
Came into PFHC for some treatment today and was seen by Anthony. In preparing for the Paris Marathon, I had been completely neglecting the maintenance of my body and not this became evident with the pains and strains I developed. After an hours session, I already feel the tension eased and have walked away with some exercises I can manage whilst at home. I have trained with Anthony for over 20 years. He has looked after me and the whole family forever! He is quite simply the best PT ever. I have never even thought of changing to anyone else.
