I train at Pinnacle Gym with PT Ben and always look forward to my early morning visits. The atmosphere is great, and the gym is clean and welcoming. I also tried a massage with Anthony, which was very professional and really good.
After Pinnacle put there trust in us, to renovate the gym area and treatment rooms, i decided to put my trust in them, in preparation for a marathon, i started with a consultation with George to find the core problem with my knees and ankles, George very quickly set me up on a programme with Luca to strengthen these areas…..which is going very well, a few months into this now and very happy with all the team, especially George, Luca, and Anthony, who i must say makes me feel fantastic after a a sports massage, Thank you all!

Relieved the pain in my knee in 1 visit. Given good advice & easy to follow exercises for the injury to repair properly. Highly recommend.
Been seeing George to treat my achilles for the last couple of weeks. The shockwave therapy has been brilliant and am already seeing results.
